Elizabeth Residence Bayside Campus is perched up on nearly six acres of land, allowing residents to enjoy the North Shore breeze while sitting outside on one of our many patios or covered porches. The property consists of two buildings: our Apartment complex and our Comprehensive Memory Care Unit. The Apartments, our 40-unit Residential Care Apartment Complex, allows our residents to receive as little or as many services as needed depending on their needs and desires. Our 52-unit Comprehensive Memory Care Unit is equipped with more specialized staff and creative programming.

The Apartments
The Apartments at Elizabeth Residence offer older adults services, programming and options to enjoy life without the hassle of maintaining a home and all the obligations that begin to become burdensome as a homeowner.
Services at The Apartments
Basic Services
Basic Services include, deliciously prepared meals, housekeeping weekly, weekly linen service, daily security checks, weekly Nurse Clinic, 24-hour specialty staff, WiFi and basic cable, scheduled transportation within a certain mileage radius, fitness and exercise center with ongoing programing through a local physical therapy group.
Optional Services
Optional services in The Apartments, if needed include: medication administration, monthly medication set up, seasonal stay when apartments are available, nursing services, transport to appointments, in-house escort, personal laundry, personal care services and transportation arrangements. Garage parking with concierge service is available for a reasonable fee and surface parking is free. Also, on-site is a hair and nail saloon.

Activities & Hosting Spaces
Our dynamic programing features activities to promote mental acuity and physical health, spiritual services and just plain fun resident-driven outings. Some of our common spaces, such as our tea room or private dining room, are available for a tenant to host their own private gatherings. Community involvement is promoted through intergenerational gatherings, visiting local card clubs and local outings using our Community bus.
Our Comprehensive Care Unit
Our service in the Comprehensive Memory Care Unit is dynamic and with our creative care model design we endeavor to meet the specific mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and social needs of each of our residents. Our specialized trained staff, Registered Nurses and Medical Staff are there to monitor and maintain the health of our residents from admission through the resident’s end of life needs. This specific memory care unit has a unique configuration offering a downtown space for our two different households to gather and meet their neighbors. Residents from each neighborhood come together for scheduled activities such as movies, exercise, religious services and entertainment. Also, some residents have enjoyed the company of our front desk staff and just enjoy sitting in the downtown watching our community traffic.
Lots of Light & Garden Views
Our Memory Unit is a secure unit with an abundance of windows allowing for as much light as possible with added interior courtyards as well as exterior courtyards. During the warm months these courtyards are filled with plantings and fresh vegetables such as a variety of tomatoes, cucumbers, squash and herbs. These fresh vegetables are put to good use in our kitchen for the benefit of the resident community.

Our steadfast Activity team offers a multi-tiered program to fit the various levels of each resident’s ability with in daily in- house programs, scheduled in-house entertainers and resident outings on our bus. Our therapy dog is a traveling in-house visitor for those residents who appreciate furry friends.
